Event Photography by Lana Dubkova. On September 10th, 2026, I spent the night inside Le Bain photographing Susanne Bartsch, New York nightlife's reigning queen of transformation and excess, in collaboration with L'Alliance New York. Bartsch has been turning uptown and downtown, haute and demi-monde, into one unapologetic room since her Copacabana days in the late '80s, and that collision is exactly what I came to shoot.
